NOTICE OF DEATH OF PA JAMES O. UGURU

The University Community is hereby informed of the death of Pa James O. Uguru, the father of Professor M.I. Uguru of the Department of Crop Science, Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Nigeria who died on May 08, 2017 at the ripe age of 96 years.

The burial arrangement as published by the family indicates that the Burial Requiem Mass will be onFriday, August 04, 2017 at Immaculate Heart Catholic Church, Umunede, Ika Nortth-East Local Government Area, Delta State at 9.30 am.

Vehicles have been arranged to convey sympathizers of Professor M.I. Uguru and his family from Nsukka Campus of the University to Umunede, Ika North-East L.G.A., Delta State. Take-off time is 7.00 am at the Freedom Square.
